Savory Crack Pot Chicken
Ingredients:
1/4 of a large white onion chopped
1 lb. of boneless, skinless chicken breasts cubed
1/2 cup honey
1 cup soy sauce
2 dollops of ketchup
A dash of ground ginger
A shake of crushed red pepper flakes
1ish tablespoon of minced garlic
Sprinkle of Adobo
Splash of Worcestershire
Corn starch
Optional: Brown Sugar (see end note)

This one is easy. You ready?
Lightly coat your cubed chicken in the corn starch. Throw that into the crock pot.

Lightly coat your cubed chicken in the corn starch. Throw that into the crock pot.
Dice up that 1/4 of a white onion. And throw that into the crock pot on top of the chicken.
Mix everything else in a big bowl until well stirred. Or whisked if you prefer. Then pour it all over the chicken and onion. Use a spoon to get that sauce all over your chicken. Then put the lid on and cook it on low for about 3-4 hours.
And if you want, toss in some sliced and diced mushroom and bell pepper (or whatever your favorite veggies are) when there's about 30 minutes left on your timer.
Serve over rice.

Update: I tossed some brown sugar into the crock pot about a half hour before it finished. Because it needed something sweet. Didn't measure. Maybe 1/4 cup...ish? Less. Just flavor it how you see fit, folks.
